Adopt a German Shepherd Dog (medium coat)

German Shepherd Dog (medium coat) Dog

Marvin the Dog needs a home

WELCOME MARVIN!!

A staff favorite, Josh Coble picked this boy up from the shelter yesterday. Marvin is GSD thru and thru. He will need a breed savvy owner, and trust us... you won't be disappointed!

Imagine... your dad takes you for a car ride... you get out and think your going to have some fun. Just hours later you are in a cold kennel and everyone around you speaks a different language.

This poor boy's family was spanish. They had him his entire life. He lived with c

hildren and other dogs. They had to move and could no longer keep him so they dropped him off at the shelter. I mean... just imagine! Can you feel his fear? Apprehension? Devastation?

Shepherds in general do not do well in a kennel environment. They LOVE hard and are extremely dedicated to their people or person. So many full blooded dogs, shepherds included, die daily in shelters throughout our country for ALL the reasons we love them so much. Their loyalty.

Marvin is 4 years old, does well with other dogs if introduced correctly. He would probably do best with older respectful children. Unsure of cats. He LOVES the water!! He likes to play fetch, get belly rubs, does well in the car and just basically wants to be with you.

If this handsome, majestic fellow sounds like your boy, please submit an application thru our website www.onedogatatime.us.
